We all love our characters, even if we sometimes take a great deal of glee in dropping small mountains on them. Thus this meme, where they can hugpile and cuddle to their hearts' content.

You are in a vast room that seems somehow familiar to anyone who was around for the slumber party. Things that happen over here won't necessarily disturb what's happening over there, with a couple of semi-screened areas for semi-privacy and all the pillows and blankets and soft (or bouncy) surfaces you could ever want. Refreshments are available - energy drinks, Livian's candy, Roy's popcorn, and whatever else you'd like to dream up. There are even some cuddly toys left over from the slumber party and the octopus is still here.

This meme is safe. Like, really safe. Highest level of physical harm that can happen in this area is shoving someone or getting whacked with a pillow; anyone who attempts harmful physical contact (including unwanted disc meddling, I'M LOOKIN' AT YOU, CLU~) is quantum-teleported out of reach before the harm can happen, ~as many times as it takes~ for the message to sink in, and everyone goes in fully aware of this. Viruses and glitches are contained in a katamari ball quantum sphere which suppresses their infectious capabilities; such spheres can merge with other spheres, and non-viruses can go in and out of them at will (and only perceive a mild static sensation if a virus tries to infect them).

Which makes this a good place to thread with folks your characters don't often get an IC chance to thread with.

He's claimed a portion of the floor and done something sneaky - it's a giant, bouncy, fluffy trampoline-thing. Without much further warning that the sounds of many galloping feet Kerberos bursts into the scene with all of its typical flare, shaking its head and wagging its tail as it skids to a halt and surveys the area. The K-9 unit has obviously been riled up by one of the rookies (or one of said rookies gave it the wrong energy blend, again) and now it can't sit still. Spotting Anon it bounces over and unceremoniously flops down on him. Best way to get attention Y/Y?]

[An entire section of the room is taken up by a large -- no, scratch that -- a massive pool filled with pure, untainted energy and five giant...things. Their sleek, streamlined bodies measure roughly twenty feet in length, tiny compared to the User world animals their creator based them on, but definitely larger than anything native to the Grid. They glide through the water with a surprising amount of grace, given their size, whistling and clicking at each other in a form of binary that passes for communication, their attention confined to their watery world.

The same cannot be said for the tiny white creature that shares their pool. Though the little five foot long critter seems to follow the same body design, its head is altogether much shorter and rounder than that of its fellows. While it does occasionally dart off to interact with the bigger creatures it keeps returning to the edge of the pool and sticking its head out of the water, clicking and squealing at whatever program comes close enough to catch its eye.]

He is not use to running at full capacity again, and has opted to camp out in the pile of blankets and pillows, Alpha and Beta his ever present companions. The Utility yawns and pulls the blanket he is using a little tighter, mindful of Beta, who is nestled in the crook of his neck. Neither of the Bits have left him alone for longer than a few seconds but he can forgive them. He did give them a pretty bad scare, after all.]

[He had no idea why he was here, and facing a room full of so many non orange and red circuits has made him a bit more skittish then normal. So of course the answer to that is just to find a corner relatively unnoticed by the rest, and stock pile enough of the soft projectiles in easy reach as a just in case. There was even a debate to change from the orange he had taken to a more neutral color as well to keep attention at bay.

She has no trouble navigating the crowd in search of various programs that she knows, and upon spotting Eckert she makes a bee-line for him. It has been a long time since Eden last saw the End of Line emcee, as she did not visit the noisy club very often, but she remembered him as being very nice. Finally, she caught up to him and wasted no time in bouncing over to cheerfully greet him with the same surprise hug that she had been giving her friends all evening.]

[Well, this is a nice change from the quarantine bunker. And a temporary reprieve from virus-dom til it becomes permanent in game, but shh...

Still, despite the knowledge that everyone is rendered harmless in this room, and knowing about the weird reverse Grid he'd been landed in, he's still can't help being somewhat suspicious of all the blue he sees in programs' circuits around here. Hence the rather impressive pillow and blanket fort he's constructed to watch the goings-on from, one that's well stocked with plush projectiles in case any unwanted visitors show up.

He's dressed in a simple, unarmored gray gridsuit with his hooded cape overtop, and by now is rather comfortably nestled in a pile of plush and pillows with a small supply of that solid-form energy they'd originally supplied him with during his captivity.

She was settled cross-legged on a cushion herself, her instrument in her lap, playing a lullaby of her own composition, quiet and looping, the sound not spreading much further than the ring of cushions around her.

[For a big program, it's surprising how quietly Anon can sneak up on people. He settles cross-legged on another cushion in unconscious imitation of Elnoi, and he's got his guitar in hand. Said guitar technically doesn't exist yet, but this is memespace, and if he wants one, he gets one.

[The tune he plucks out is simple, small, and slow, but it provides a quiet harmony line to Elnoi's lullaby.]

[ Near the middle of the room, or wherever you would like, is a program who has just finished building a small little bed out of a few stacks of pillows all lined up in a row. Mind you, it took a lot of work (a minute tops, but he hunted for what looked like the fluffier pillows out of the huge pile of them lying around), so be sure not to mess it up for him! He's had a very long day, so the relaxation is very well welcomed.
