We all love our characters, even if we sometimes take a great deal of glee in dropping small mountains on them. Thus this meme, where they can hugpile and cuddle to their hearts' content.

You are in a vast room that seems somehow familiar to anyone who was around for the slumber party. Things that happen over here won't necessarily disturb what's happening over there, with a couple of semi-screened areas for semi-privacy and all the pillows and blankets and soft (or bouncy) surfaces you could ever want. Refreshments are available - energy drinks, Livian's candy, Roy's popcorn, and whatever else you'd like to dream up. There are even some cuddly toys left over from the slumber party ~~and the octopus is still here~~.

When starting a thread, put what you're doing, who's involved, and any warnings in the subject line (e.g. 'Pillow fortress || OTA || tooth-rotting fluff'.) Also use the subject line in case a thread develops in such a way that new warnings are needed.

Within an open-to-all context, threadjacking and multiplayer threads are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.~~ Threads locked to a few characters are allowed too.

Continuity is variable, and likely unique to each thread. What happens in-meme stays in-meme unless you want it to apply somewhere else, and snuggling up in the Rinzlerpile doesn't mean you can't also snuggle in the Userpile somewhere else.

This meme is safe. Like, really safe. Highest level of physical harm that can happen in this area is shoving someone or getting whacked with a pillow; anyone who attempts harmful physical contact (including unwanted disc meddling, I'M LOOKIN' AT YOU, CLU~) is quantum-teleported out of reach before the harm can happen, ~as many times as it takes~ for the message to sink in, and everyone goes in fully aware of this. Viruses and glitches are contained in a ~~katamari ball~~ quantum sphere which suppresses their infectious capabilities; such spheres can merge with other spheres, and non-viruses can go in and out of them at will (and only perceive a mild static sensation if a virus tries to infect them).

Which makes this a good place to thread with folks your characters don't often get an IC chance to thread with.

[The quieter statement makes him look back up, though, his attention returning fully to Faux as he reaches out to rest a hand on his brother's shoulder with a gentle smile.]

Besides... [Slightly bigger smile, edging a little bit into a smirk] When have you known us to give up on anything? 'Dogged and relentless', remember?

Look, I can’t really provide you with any confirmation that what I did wasn’t fully beyond my, desires. [A pause that doesn’t meet Clu’s eyes.] I’m not really fond of... copies. [Looking up again now with a small smile.] Ram on the other hand adored them.

Well, when they make themselves such easy targets... [Clu winks at him in amusement.] But yeah. Somehow, I don't think Anon'll mind.

['Dogged and relentless', of course, was just a nicer way of saying 'glitching stubborn'. A trait all Flynn programs seemed to share with their User, for better or worse. And neither the yellow circuited program nor the blue were exceptions to that.]

I don't think we could really be called copies any more, even if we wanted to be. No more than any of the Trons could be; they may have started with the same base programming, but none of them are really the same any more. [shrug]

So yeah... brothers works alot better. I'm just glad I'm gonna finally get to know the real you. [And that seems like the perfect time for a hug, so Clu wraps his arms around Faux's shoulders. Not too tightly, though, leaving him the option to pull away if the hug is unwanted.] Welcome back, brogram.

[Do Clu1s refuse hugs? Nope.

The blue twin readily accepts the half hug and reciprocates with both his arms around the other with a bright smile on face, cause this versions hugs are a full on contact sport. And with many cycles of wheedling hugs from the most unwanting of programs (he shall mention Clu2 in this just cause it’s a laugh at his expense) he can speedily nab one.

Some of the popcorn still in hand litters the comfortable space between them.]

I haven’t had a real brother in a long time. I just hope I can do a better job than I did, the last time.

[Clu just laughs and returns the hug with enthusiasm. Yes, hugs are awesome.]

Hey, far as I know you did just fine. It was our not-so-dear younger brother who turned out to be the glitch.

[And he thinks, what if he turn out to be the glitch this time round?

He doesn’t speak the secreted words. Instead popcorn fills his mouth and continues cuddling his newest brother.]
