You are in a vast room, vast enough so that what happens over here won't necessarily disturb what's happening over there, with a couple of semi-screened areas for semi-privacy and all the pillows and blankets and soft (or bouncy) sleeping surfaces you could ever want. Refreshments and entertainments provided by your dear friends at End of Line
Clearly this will be the best night EVER.
When starting a thread, put what you're doing, who's involved, and any warnings in the subject line (e.g. 'Pillow fortress || OTA || tooth-rotting fluff'.) Also use the subject line in case a thread develops in such a way that new warnings are needed.
Within an open-to-all context, threadjacking and multiplayer threads are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.~~ Threads locked to a few characters are allowed too.
Continuity is variable, and likely unique to each thread. What happens in-meme stays in-meme unless you want it to apply somewhere else, and falling asleep in the Rinzlerpile doesn't mean you can't also fall asleep in the Userpile somewhere else.
This meme is safe. Like, really safe. Highest level of physical harm that can happen in this area is shoving someone or getting whacked with a pillow; anyone who attempts harmful physical contact (including unwanted disc meddling, I'M LOOKIN' AT YOU, CLU~) is quantum-teleported out of reach before the harm can happen, ~as many times as it takes~ for the message to sink in, and everyone goes in fully aware of this. Viruses and glitches are contained in a
Which makes this a good place to thread with folks your characters don't often get an IC chance to thread with.
No pressure. This meme isn't expiring any time soon. Feel free to take your time!
Of course common rp courtesy applies here -- no godmodding, be mindful of one anothers' comfort levels, warn as needed, ask if uncertain of something, etc. Which we all do because we're awesome.~~
Other than that, HAVE FUN! |D /turns off notifs and waits for the tide to roll in<3
Obligatory Video Games! | OTA | Um.. Xbox Live levels of maturity? XD
Tron seems to have discovered a game involving a lot of very loud nonsensical music and colors and rolling things up. It's surprisingly entrancing. Confusing as anything, but it's so easy and why is the King not ever satisfied?
((Tron has discovered Beautiful Katamari. The Games Arena should totally be upgraded for this, man. :D))
was teetering on making sam come do something here, you solidified it. XD
"I think the idea is to avoid the things running at you."

Shooting a glare at Sam, he tossed the controller at the little User. "You try."
((HAHAHAHAHAHA come to the dark side!))

And still falling short after more than double the size requirement...Still, his head tilted sideways curiously. "Which, then?"

"I like shooter games. It's like..." he tried to think of a way that a program could understand. And came up with nothing. "Um..."

That rolling thing on the screen. The vision calls to something deep inside its tiny soul.]
..Yessssssss.

He reached up to poke it.

Yesyesyes?

He did re-start the level, though.

"Hi Tron!" She chirped a bright greeting - though she had never met any Tron's from The Grid before, she was friendly, like she was to anyone. "What are you playing?" She was mesmerized by the color and the motion of the action on screen. This was how Users played games??

Spotting the offered controller she grinned. "I'll try in a nano! Just gotta read what buttons do what. Go ahead and play another round if you want. Do you like it?" She asked curiously.
no subject
"Deceptively simple," Tron said, idly letting his little avatar wander around the violently colorful world. At least until the little thing was grabbed by the train flying through space and dragged around the map. What.
no subject
"Yeah it doesn't seem too hard." she mused. "It looks rather hilarious actually..." she punctuated that with a soft giggle.
no subject
"Not terrible."

Have a virus stuck in a hampster ball. No. Really.
Just be pressed up against the side of his
hamster ballwatching what looks suspiciously like a copy of his very containment bubble being used to pick up objects."...Interesting."
He has to try this out.
no subject
What sort of possible inspiration could the virus have gotten from the game? It was practically the opposite of destruction-filled.
((*continues to die laughing*))
no subject
But now? The Katamari-Abraxas-ball is headed straight for you.
no subject
"Virus!" he growled, squirming against the amazingly sticky quarantine ball. Even with the layer of random stuff all over it, he was stuck fast.

"Run!" he called, because nothing he'd tried so far was getting him off the containment ball. Whoever thought that design was a good idea was getting a disk in the face, too, if the growling at any indication.
