You are in a vast room, vast enough so that what happens over here won't necessarily disturb what's happening over there, with a couple of semi-screened areas for semi-privacy and all the pillows and blankets and soft (or bouncy) sleeping surfaces you could ever want. Refreshments and entertainments provided by your dear friends at End of Line and Alan's popcorn machine. A movie screen or two. Stuffed animals (what is that one with all the tentacles anyway?). Your choice of sleepwear. Whatever else you'd take with you to a slumber party. And you get to share all of this with everyone else on the Grid.

Clearly this will be the best night EVER.

This meme is safe. Like, really safe. Highest level of physical harm that can happen in this area is shoving someone or getting whacked with a pillow; anyone who attempts harmful physical contact (including unwanted disc meddling, I'M LOOKIN' AT YOU, CLU~) is quantum-teleported out of reach before the harm can happen, ~as many times as it takes~ for the message to sink in, and everyone goes in fully aware of this. Viruses and glitches are contained in a hamster ball quantum sphere which suppresses their infectious capabilities; such spheres can merge with other spheres, and non-viruses can go in and out of them at will (and only perceive a mild static sensation if a virus tries to infect them).

Which makes this a good place to thread with folks your characters don't often get an IC chance to thread with.

Rams, Rams everywhere

[What's actually in the middle of a fort made out of pillows and blankets (there were so many around it was a shame not to use them) studding a silver box. inside of said box there's a large variety of nail polish, eyeliners, and just a lot of make up. Ram likes the colors but he's wondering what are those for.]

"It's for decoration." She said, smiling brightly. Leave it to the artist to know about makeup.
"Like these," A gesture to the sweeping lines along her cheekbones, "Only temporary."

Ram looked up at the woman and smiled. "Oh, those are really pretty. That'sd it's only function? decoration?"

She nodded, "Exactly so. These," Lining up the bottles of nail polish, "Are for fingers and toes, and everything else is supposed to be for your face, but really I guess you can use them anywhere you want to draw a design."

Ram looks at the many bottles of nail polish and picks up a bright red one. He always liked that color. He opens the bottle and smells it, wrinkling his nose slightly and chuckling. "They smell funny too. Should we try them on? Oh, and my name is Ram, pleasure to meet you."

There was a soft laugh, "Paint usually does." She was still smiling, "I can paint yours if you paint mine." She said, holding a hand out for the bottle. It was a good red, glossy and bright.

"Seems fair to me but I warn you, It's my first time." So it won't be precisely a perfect manicure. He handled the bottle over.

"There's a first time for everything, so they say." She said giving a shrug, making sure the cap on the bottle was tight before she shook it, shifting over to bring a knee up, "Hand." She said, flicking her fingers to get him to rest his hand on her knee, since they didn't have a table to work with.

"That's true. I'm adapt quickly, at least." Ram nodded and did as he was told. “I didn’t get your name, miss.”

"oh! It's Aadi. I forgot, didn't I?" Another soft laugh, shaking her head as she started painting, quick, tidy strokes, "Give me a project and that's what I'll focus on, I'm so easily distracted that way."

"That's a nice name, and don't worry." Ram thinks it's good to be dedicated. "Might I ask what's your designation?"

"I'm an artist." She said, finally finishing up with his first hand, fanning it gently to let it dry.

"An artist?" That explained what was she so talented with the nail polish, but Ram wasn't all familiar with that sort of designation. He gives a look of interest.

She nodded again, gesturing for him to switch hands as she gave the polish bottle another shake, "I make things, to look at. Sculptures usually, but sometimes wall hangings as well, and mobiles. And I design clothes in my spare time."

Heeey, makeup party! Abraxas will just be rolling through here, and picking up some...what are these, anyway? Paints?

Well. Now there's a tube of white paint, and some glitter streaked all over his Katamari ball. Not sure about the glitter, honestly.

Oh, and a two bottles of pink, and purple nail polish are now stuck to the ball, along with some pillows ganked from the pillow fort. Collecting stuff is fun!

OH my god....that ball. Is so BIG. And shinny. Hi Abraxas, have a small pet program wagging his tail and staring at your plastic ball with excitement. After a moment, he gnaws on it.

Thankfully, the containment bubble is made of pretty stern stuff, so there's no harm done from Ram's chewing.

...Ram may have a problem with getting stuck to that ball along with the glitter, bottles of nail polish, blankets, pillows, and the Bit plushie.

He just wanted to play, so he stopped gnawing on the ball. The fur of his back seems to be stuck to the ball, yep. He tries to move away, unsuccessfully, and yips pitifully.

"Come, strange little program. You'll have company soon enough."

And they're rolling ( with one puppy program attached ) off toward Rinzler's pillow fight arena.

"Yip Yip..." Nooo, he wants to play not to roll with strangers. "Why I am stuck?"

"It is a curious effect of the quarantine. It is becoming difficult to steer, however, as accumulated objects are blocking my view!"

"Quarantine...." Oh right, look at those circuits. It's been some time since Ram saw a virus but he remembers those. Don't mind him while he panics and tries to get away with more enthusiasm. "Then stop moving!"

Abraxas is far too amused. Most programs run in terror from him ( and rightly so ) but like this? His infection was harmless.

...That didn't make scaring the programs, or the fact they were all getting stuck to his quarantine any less amusing.

Abraxas making pet program suffers is not right. But ram eventually gets the concept that he's not going anywhere anytime soon, so he stops moving so frantically.

"I'm thirsty can you roll near the refreshment table, please?"
