INDEPENDENTS: Outfitter

Name: Cline
Department:Independent shop owner
Work environment: Cline works out of a moderately sized storefront in downtown Tron City. There are large display windows out front showing off some of the merchandise offered within, and a sign in purple lettering above the door reading "Cline's Outfitters". Inside the shop, merchandise is arranged for optimum viewability and ease of access, with a line of six mirrored platforms along the back wall where programs can try on test versions of the various templates and accessories the shop has to offer. There's a long counter along one side wall where exchanges take place and edits are done, a storeroom/breakroom in the back, and a smaller side-room that contains items of a more *ahem* adult nature, that is accessible only upon request and at the staff's discretion. Said staff includes Cline and a total of 12 NPCs, two of them officially named: Mani (female, turquoise cicuits) and Dash (male, light green circuits).
What my character can do for you: 'Sell' you all kinds of stuff. Though clothing templates and accessories are certainly his most popular item and the largest part of his stock, Cline's shop carries a little bit of everything a program might need or want; glassware, decorative items, furniture, civilian-grade batons (come pre-installed with umbrella, basic staff, and basic lightcycle functions, though the last is only accessible with proper permissions; additional functions available upon request), and even blank, writable discs. Though after the incident with Kip he makes a point of mentioning the fact that the discs he offers are blank, and that a program would need to see a recompiler for any necessary firewall upgrades and the like. Cline and his staff can also do edits and repairs to clothing templates you already have, if needed/wanted. They advertise on the network like any good business does, but are quite pleased with word of mouth recommendations as well.
Are they hiring over there?: Cline's not actively looking for anyone at the moment, but if your character has skills that they feel might be helpful or useful in Cline's line of work, they're welcome to stop in and talk to him. If they turn out to be a good fit, he'll probably give them a shot.
Any other cool details? Now stocking the latest in fuzzy sweater templates! XD (Also anyone who wants to toss NPC staff names at me can feel free. Preferably along the theme of clothing lines/brands/other fashion related things that existed in the 80s.)
