Awww. ;; Poor Ossa... Eckert will be very sad, and furious with himself for not getting better help for her earlier, but glad that there is something that can be done to give her a happier life. He also wants to make her a book of pictures and memories from his and other friends' discs -- it occurred to him in the thread with Quorra but I didn't get a chance to mention it to you yet -- and will watch over her as she re-meets everyone and gets back into the swing of things.

As for when it should take place, that's up to you. At this point, I didn't have any specific post-Storm plottage for Eckert, so it would fit in now-ish if you wanted that.
